旨みあふれるロースカツは、ひと口かじると肉汁がじんわり広がり、サクサクの衣が軽やかな食感を添えます。付け合わせの漬物は程よい塩味で、口の中をすっきりと整えてくれる名脇役。シンプルながらも丁寧に作られた一皿に、思わず笑顔になりました。食後には「また来たい」と自然に思える、やさしい味わいのお店です。

高円寺から徒歩10分くらい環七の中野よりにある定食屋さんです。 ロースカツ定食１４５０円を頂きました。ご飯おかわり自由 うんうん、良いんじゃない！ サックと香ばしい衣にジューシーな豚肉が良いです。 加熱のギリギリを見極めて、パサパサしがちな豚肉をここまで水分たっぷりに仕上げられるとは、ご主人参りました！良い感じです。 お値段もこのボリュームだったら良いと思います。 キャベツもちゃんと水分を切ってあるし、付け合せのポテサラと漬物も美味しい。 酒飲みなので、ちょい飲みセットとかあったらいいなぁと思いました。ここは飯を食うところ。 とんかつランチを高円寺でお探しのときは候補に入れてみてください。
